In the latest years the European Union took actions to update
the cybersecurity regulations and increased the fines to those who
are not respecting them. The European Parliament set into policy
the Directive on Security of Network and Information Systems (the
NIS Directive) and the General Data Protection Regulation, both
entering into force in 2018. The Swiss Federal Act on Data protection
has 25 years and most probably will be changed in 2019. FINMA,
Switzerland’s independent financial-markets regulator, is changing
the requirements frequently and is very sever by auditing. Based on
this facts the companies have a big challenge to be in step with
these changes.

FINMA regulations, preparing the gap analysis, running the privacy
impact and risk analysis, setting up the technological roadmap,
delivering the implementation and training the company’s employees.
We are adapting the strategy to the company’s complexity, industry,
existing security measures.
